Better For Restaurants and Bars

Our wines are served at the restaurant directly from a keg through a tap, just like beer on tap. The keg is charged with nitrogen for optimal preservation and because oxygen never touches the wine, it doesn't oxidize at the same rate as normal glass pours do. No waste, less spoilage... just outstanding wines.

Thanks to the cost savings gained by providing larger quantities, by not having to bottle, and by not needing to store the releases; hopefully you'll enjoy a much higher quality glass of wine at a lower price. 

Much Better for the Environment

No glass to be recycled or thrown away. No corks harvested. No paper used for labels. Our keg labels are vinyl stickers and are even reused. Our kegs are cleaned and refilled. No glass means less weight to transport, which means less fuel emissions. The waste we produce is minimal. And we plan on keeping it that way.

Elegant and lively with green pear flavors and layers of tangy citrus notes with pleasing floral flavors, lingering easily on the finish.

Tasting Notes

This wine leads with aromas of cantaloupe, pear and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is initially full and rich, leading into a clean, crisp finish. The combination of rich mouth feel with bright acidity on the finish makes this wine very food friendly.

2015 Reserve Chardonnay

Tasting Notes

Refined, elegant and tightly wound, with a good tension as the pear and spice flavors play against earthy and mineral nuances on the finish.

 

2015 Pinot Gris

Tasting Notes:

Tangy lime zest, ripe melon, green apple and kiwi fruit balanced with ample acidity leading to a crisp finish

2014 GSM

Winemaking

Small lot, punchdowns, cool fermentation. Made by Sean Boyd of Rotie Cellars. Only 12 barrels available.

 

Tasting Notes

Juicy blackberry, red raspberry and plum with hints of smoked meat balanced nicely with white pepper and finely integrated tannins.

 

2014 Bordeaux Blend

All Walla Walla Fruit, this whit stallion is 50% Merlot, 50% Cab Franc

Expressive  dark berry flavors and red pepper aromatics that carry through to the lengthy, mocha-scented finish.

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

Harmoniously impressive, with ripe cherry, floral, baked grain and savory flavors coming together seamlessly on the finish.

2014 Malbec

All Walla Walla fruit from Summit View, basically 5 year old vines above Seven Hills in new Sevien Property.

Rich in texture, blooming with black cherry, blackberry, rhubarb, floral and tar flavors that loiter nicely  on the polished finish.

2014 Sangiovese

Vineyard Notes

Waluke Slope made from the Doebler Vineyards. Blended with 18% Walla Walla Cab Sauv to make a great washington State play on a Super Tuscan.

Tasting Notes

Violets, dark cherry, mocha and tobacco leaf surround a pulsing core of acidity rocketing toward a long and juicy finish.

Smooth, rich and opulent, exotically spicy, deep and concentrated. Lays out plum, prune, nutmeg, cedar and black cherry flavors with a lingering, legendary finish.

100% Willamette Valley Pinot, made by one of the best Pinot producers in Washington State.

Light, lithe and seductively supple, with pure cherry and blackberry flavors at the center, smoke and mineral notes on a refreshing frame that lets the flavors glide into a long and satisfying finish.
